I found this online and wanted to repost it here with a link the main article. I love her legs. Literally I kind of have an un-healthy obsession with her legs. This is the workout that they gave with them. I want to try it though I already do some of these workouts…which reminds me I really need to photograph my legs at least my calfs they are pretty freakin killer right now…anyway…
Workout Structure:
These lower body exercises are in groups of two; do 15 repetitions of each exercise. Do each group 2-3 times through before moving onto the next group. Prevent injury by warming up before doing any kind of strength training; 10-15 minutes of cardio should do.
High Knees
Sumo Squat
Reverse Lunge with Rear Leg Raises
Mountain Climbers
Pilates Side Plank with Leg Raises
Clock Lunges
Agility Dots
Pilates Leg Pulls, Facing Down

A workout plan alone will not get you gawk-worthy gams. In interviews with the singer, she has touted the benefits of keeping a food journal, over and over again. Keeping a food journal forces you to be aware of eating habits that could sideline your weight loss and/or fitness goals. Writing down everything that you eat also makes it really hard to mindlessly graze or snack.
Her diet is also disciplined and requires commitment. She eats healthily, sticking to a vegetarian diet and never eating fast foods. It takes a lot of work and discipline to get such toned & lean legs, but generally speaking, a healthy lifestyle and regularly doing a lower body strength training routine like the one above will get you there.

So the comments on this video are annoying. People keep saying Amanda looks anorexic, but she’s toned you can’t starve yourself and have definition. Plus I met Amanda she’s actually one of our companies talents and she’s very very driven. She was set to go the Olympics when a knee injury sidelined her. She’s a runner and is super tiny. Literally she’s a good foot shorter than me which put’s her at about 4’5 I would say so yes she’s a super tiny person, but people really need to research things before they talk.
I mean look at her back maybe she’s not what you would expect in fitness, but girl knows her stuff. : / I just hope people don’t see her and think they need to starve themselves because like I said she’s just super tiny to the point of you wouldn’t believe it until you saw her and I’m fairly certain that’s all genetic since when I met her she was carrying water with her and had all her healthy snacks on her as well so anyway rant done people can be so rude don’t they realize they can create eating disorders with the way they talk?
What do you guys think of Amanda Russel (her channel is youtube.com/amandarussell this is just a collab video)? I’m only asking because she happens to be someone who is up and coming on YouTube and yes we already have a few big fitness people on YouTube like Tone It Up and BodyRock, but I wanted your opinion on her?
I’m going to be so sore tomorrow. Now that I can go back to my fave gym the trainers for the group classes are way better and umm yeah they want us dead. My legs turned into lead and I wanted to go back and do weights, but ouch. This is good though the pain means I’m working hard.
Hopefully I can wean myself off the soda now and fix my diet. I drank half a diet Dr. Pepper today because I didn’t have caffeine all day and I think my body was like whoa whoa what is this and gave me a headache. Anyway is that possible? I don’t know, but yeah now I just need to behave during the week and stop letting bad things influence me at work :).
In other news my roommate gave up carbs for a week. I’m a little terrified he’s on day 2 right now and so far he’s okay, but I hear on Day 3 is when it hits you so I hope he makes it because he normally breaks down, but yeah I guess that’s about it in fitness land for me.

Girls Scout Cookies
My mom sent me some just now because she takes forever with boxes, but now I have 6 boxes of cookies o_O me and thin mints do not make a good couple. So I’ve decided to test myself. I wont bring them home, I will leave them at work and wrap them up, and then I will only eat a few a day and probably share. That’s the goal, though I’m sure later when I get home I’m going to be cursing myself for not having the cookies there during my horrible late night cravings I tend to get.
Really that should be a meme. On a clean eating diet. Someone gave me cookies. Can’t eat cookies.

Monday Motivation!
Mondays are typically my night off from the gym why? because of Gossip Girl, Bones and Castle :) (I love Castle and the finale was soooo good tonight that I’ve been replaying it over and over again). Anyway not that the season finales are pretty much past I’m thinking Monday I should get back to work, but then a part of me thinks maybe I need to wake my booty up earlier and workout that way if I have something to do at night I will have already worked out.
So thoughts please. Night or morning? What’s your opinion?
