I found this online and wanted to repost it here with a link the main article. I love her legs. Literally I kind of have an un-healthy obsession with her legs. This is the workout that they gave with them. I want to try it though I already do some of these workouts…which reminds me I really need to photograph my legs at least my calfs they are pretty freakin killer right now…anyway…
Workout Structure:
These lower body exercises are in groups of two; do 15 repetitions of each exercise. Do each group 2-3 times through before moving onto the next group. Prevent injury by warming up before doing any kind of strength training; 10-15 minutes of cardio should do.
High Knees
Sumo Squat
Reverse Lunge with Rear Leg Raises
Mountain Climbers
Pilates Side Plank with Leg Raises
Clock Lunges
Agility Dots
Pilates Leg Pulls, Facing Down

A workout plan alone will not get you gawk-worthy gams. In interviews with the singer, she has touted the benefits of keeping a food journal, over and over again. Keeping a food journal forces you to be aware of eating habits that could sideline your weight loss and/or fitness goals. Writing down everything that you eat also makes it really hard to mindlessly graze or snack.
Her diet is also disciplined and requires commitment. She eats healthily, sticking to a vegetarian diet and never eating fast foods. It takes a lot of work and discipline to get such toned & lean legs, but generally speaking, a healthy lifestyle and regularly doing a lower body strength training routine like the one above will get you there.

So the comments on this video are annoying. People keep saying Amanda looks anorexic, but she’s toned you can’t starve yourself and have definition. Plus I met Amanda she’s actually one of our companies talents and she’s very very driven. She was set to go the Olympics when a knee injury sidelined her. She’s a runner and is super tiny. Literally she’s a good foot shorter than me which put’s her at about 4’5 I would say so yes she’s a super tiny person, but people really need to research things before they talk.
I mean look at her back maybe she’s not what you would expect in fitness, but girl knows her stuff. : / I just hope people don’t see her and think they need to starve themselves because like I said she’s just super tiny to the point of you wouldn’t believe it until you saw her and I’m fairly certain that’s all genetic since when I met her she was carrying water with her and had all her healthy snacks on her as well so anyway rant done people can be so rude don’t they realize they can create eating disorders with the way they talk?
This was totally my workout tonight. I got home and was like “ugggh I am so sick of driving” I guess that’s what LA does to you, but thank god for YouTube when your in a jam or just lazy it’s there with it’s free workouts ready to motivate and get your arse up even if it’s only for 20 minutes it’s at least for something….though I did this at 10:30 a night I think now the downstair neighbors hate me :/ oh well it’s Friday they’ll get over it right?
Haha finally get to work on trying to get that tummy lol (in my dreams … maybe?) had to take a couple days off thanks to a nasty sinus infection, but went back at it tonight with some turbo kick. I normally run afterwards, but I didn’t want to push it since my lungs still feel not quite up there yet, but tomorrow is going to be hard core errrr grrrr like a lion or something.
Anyway will update more later must wash up and sleep now :) sleeps my best friends.
Whoa! Just finished this workout by Zuzana it was way harder than I thought especially the dive bombers which I suck at anyway (don’t worry I still did them all).
All this workout is is:
25 Dive Bombers
5 Burpees
20 Squats with a Side Lift
5 Burpees
10 Side Plank Lifts (Both Sides)
5 Burpees
Then you repeat it 3 more times. It took me like a half hour lol I have a way to go before I beat her time.
Tomorrow I start Ciara’s 30 Day Push wish me luck.

One OMG I wanna do Crossfit so bad … that and kick boxing and two OMG how BADASS is that kettlebell :O I love it.

Do you ever realize that any cool photo you see is probably already on tumblr or pinterest? I guess that’s the only annoying part about this is that you get a lot of repeat materials, but hell some of it’s good to see again right? Just like your favorite movie or snack?
Speaking of snacking I’m in a bad spot right now my chocolate and Coke Zero addiction is bad and I think I’m consuming too many calories again, though my workouts have been amped up and going great I feel like me being a little depressed triggers it.
See when money get tight with me or something happens out of my control I don’t get sad I wouldn’t call it sad at all, but more so depressed about it and then I just sit stare at something and eat because I can. I don’t know how to fight it ,though, I do realize it’s a trigger for me and I knows it’s depression because when I’m sad and bawling my eyes out I don’t eat at all and when I’m bored I go online for hours so it has to be depression. Maybe I’m just in a funk right now and I need to get out of it. What do you do when your feeing depressed and wanting to eat?

Ummm that step is like 5 feet tall.
This is a bad photo I took last night at the gym, but as you can tell someone was being a total *BAMF* and set up 3 of these in a row. I so hope someday I can get to that point, but in all honesty I’m pretty short so maybe I can get to half of that. Right now I can only do about 3 lifts under the step.
In the mean time I didn’t see who the BAMF was, but much respect to him and I’m only saying it was a him because their were 3 guys in their last night so I’m guessing it was for one of them.
